Meera Rao

Meera Rao is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in Silicon Valley’s high-tech and financial sectors. She currently serves as a board member and audit committee chair for Rambus, Inc. (RMBS) and Impinj, Inc. (PI). Throughout her extensive career, Meera has held pivotal CFO and executive roles at both public and private companies, including MPWR, NVIDIA, AMD, Raza Foundries, Atrica, and Integration Associates.

A notable highlight of her career was her significant role in NVIDIA’s successful IPO. Her background as a CPA with Deloitte adds a strong foundation in financial strategy and oversight.
